Realizamos la recolecci\u00f3n por la modalidad tradicional. Esta forma de recolectar la aceituna nos permite cuidar de los \u00e1rboles y de los frutos, evitando ser golpeados. En el mes de octubre la aceituna cambia de color de verde a morado (envero) siendo el momento \u00f3ptimo para obtener el aceite de oliva virgen extra ARBEQUINA, con todas sus propiedades.<\/p>\n
